For each Sunday in July & August, we are planning 2 outdoor services at 9:30 & 11:00am on the front lawn of our Orchard Campus. Both services will continue to be streamed online. If it is raining, the services will be online-only.
For each service that you attend, you are required to register in advance. See the link at the bottom of this page to register. Each service will have a maximum capacity of 50 people in attendance. If possible, we would ask you to consider signing up for the same service each time you attend (e.g. if you attend the 9:30 service this week, attempt to attend the 9:30 service each time you gather for in-person worship this summer).
WHAT TO EXPECT
As you arrive, please park at least 6 feet away from any other vehicle. We also highly recomend you wear a face-covering any time you are not within your household worship space that will be marked out with painted lines.
You will be met by a screener who will be wearing a mask. If there is a line-up for the screener, please lineup maintaining 2m of physical distance. There will be markings on the ground to help you. After answering a few questions, an usher will offer each person in your household a squirt of hand sanitizer and will then direct you to a physically distanced location that will be for your household. Your space will be marked out with paint on the ground.
If you really need to use the washroom during the service, the side door will be controlled by a screener to allow people from 1 household into the building at a time to use the washroom. We will require that face-coverings be worn and hand-sanitizer applied before entering the building to use the washroom.
After the service, you are asked to maintain 2m physical distance as you return to your vehicle.
Throughout the service please refrain from hugs and handshakes with people not part of your household. Waves and smiles are encouraged.

STAGE 3 UPDATE
WHAT TO BRING
Lawn chairs, a blanket to sit on, water bottle, umbrella or tent for shade, printout of the service guide for lyrics and a face-covering. Please dress for the weather.
Parents, please come prepared with all items you need for your children. This includes activities and water/snacks. Please have your child use the washroom at home before you attend.
A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT
Let's be intentional about not judging one another’s decisions regarding whether or not you choose to attend. Choosing to stay home does not make you more wise and enlightened than those that attend. Choosing to attend does not mean you are more faithful and spiritual than those that continue to worship together online from home.
Also, we ask that you please carefully abide by the protocols we have set in place. Your pastors have no desire at all to be the protocol police, but want to focus on facilitating a corporate worship time that uplifts us all.
