Annual Waivers
We have two forms that we ask parents to fill out on behalf of their children at the beginning of every school year, that covers pemissions and gathers important information for the use of our weekly Sunday school programs for kids, and our Jr. & Sr. Youth programs.
Specific events in these ministries occasionally require additional waivers that cover these events, such as P.D. days, or youth events off-property.
